D. All of the above.

Almost all speech is protected. There are a few exceptions, such as false commercial speech, speech likely to lead to immediate violance.

Not all speech is protected.... inciting someone/or a group to rioting or violence is not legal. Nor do I believe inciting an individual to violence is legal. I have heard of a charge called "Fighting Words"... that is, if someone encourages you to hit them ... to provoke a fight(GA also had one called 'Terroristic Threats') That is not legal. HOWEVER, as we see in the Jena6 the provoking, the nooses, did not come under inciting to violence....which I will NEVER understand!

I am unsure of the meaning of Pornographic Speech. Do you mean obscenities? That could be protected... different situations.

This is a very general question. Maybe you should consult The Constitution... Each state is different, but Federal is the Supreme law.. best to consult a professional for accurate answers.

Everyone has the right to their opinion, their thoughts, their ideas... properly expressed. :)

Well, this isn't exactly right...
The answer is D, but only sometimes.

Racist speech and sexist speech are protected, so long as they're not in conjunction with another crime (which can cause an enhancing "hate crime").

Porn is protected, but "obscene speech" (google "miller test") is completely unprotected by the First Amendmet (i.e. you can ban obscenity outright.)

All of them are legally protected to some degree -- though pornographic speech has the least protections of the three.

all of the above unless it is inciting harm to someone, like yelling fire in a theater.

Edit:

Pornography is nto the same as obscenity. Whether obscenity is protected is aseaprte matter from pornagraphy - obcenity does not have to have the same sexual content that pornography does so they are clearly not the same.

The answer is still all of the above subject to some particular cases.
