As salaamu 'alaikym, my misinformed friend.
Insha'Allah, I am a man and I have nipples. Autonomically, all mammals, whether male or female have nipples unless the same has been removed by either surgery or accident (or they are a genetic mutation).
Perhaps you meant "breast". If such is the case then let me inform yu that some men do infact have a medical condtion that leads to their development of breast. However, the number that suffer from this condition are few and the condtion is treatable.
Get thee hence to school and/or the library and began to study!!!

All the men & boys I've ever seen had nipples.
