The only real powera that the prime minister really has is to call an electionand declare war. The prime ministers only real power is having power over all his partys mp's, which in the case of the UK Parliament means the prime minster will have power over the majority of mps and can put through bills.

The Prime Minister does not have any statutory powers. however he does receive privileges such as calling an election when he pleases or putting the final touches to parliamentary bill draughts

He can declare war. He can ask the Queen to dissolve parliament. He can decide which subjects can be debated in parliament and can hire and fire other ministers. That is just he start
