I won a bet with my brother and now he has to dress up as a girl for halloween, what should I do???

The bet was if I could get 10 kills against him in Halo 3 he would dress as a girl but if not I'd dress as a guy...I GOT 11. He's 5'8, 130, white and has brown hair and he's 17. We go back and forth embarrasing each other and he got me bad last time, so bad i dont even want to say what he did so dont ask. Really the only thing I can't do is anything permanent so just don't say anything like that. I already know I'm making him wear a mini skirt and heels. I wanted to have him wear a tank top but the tissues in the bra stick out so it dosn't look like he has a breasts. And i want him to have the figure 8 body but he's got no butt...lol. Should he have to shave his legs, tweaze his eybrows anything with a lot of details but I want him to really look like a girl not a crossdresser so no stupid answers.
P.S. He has to do anything i tell him to do that involves the costume...this is great!!!!

Dont mind the part were if I should make him shave his legs and tweaze his eybrows, he is shaving his legs now hahahaha, and I'm going to slowly tweaze his eybrows, but how can I really make him look like a regular passible girl.

You should dress-up your brother as a girl Halloween, he lost the bet and now he has to do what you tell him. You should make him shave his legs, pluck his eyebrows, get his nails done, get him a pair of fake breasts and a padded pantie to help give him some curves, maybe you could even make him wear a corset and give him a real girlish figure. You should dress him up as a girl before Halloween & take him shopping for a costume or an outfit to wear and if he asks why, just tell him that he needs to practice being a girl if he wants to really look like a girl on Halloween. Turn your brother into your sister & let him see what it's like to be a girl and don't hold back, give him the works. I wish I had a sister like you when I was growing up.

Normally I would say go the whole way -including shaving legs etc. but this would be for a guy who's asking, so I'm going to say 'nothing permanent' this time

Top: Roll-neck sweater with long sleeves.
Use Jell-O in balloons or rice or birdseed in bags for the bra filling. That way he'll get the weight and a jiggle!

Skirt: You've already decided on a mini, so how about a pleated plaid mini? Opaque pantyhose under.

If you're going to have him in a mini-skirt then you also going to need him to wear a girdle or his male parts will show through the mini-skirt. Then you can also fold a towel inside the back-side of the girdle to help with his feminine figure.

Make sure that you have a good wig with bangs. It will go a long way to hiding his face.

And if you want him to wear a mini then he'll really need good platform shoes or at least shoes with heels. He will need to practice walking in them or it will kill his feet. Have him walk around the house in his girly shoes for a few days before Halloween, just to get his feet used to them.

I say let him enjoy the process. Take him to your salon and have them wax his eyebrows and curl his hair. Have them do a manicure and attach acrylic nails. Have them do a professipnal makeover. This should all be done in front of YOUR girlfriends. Give him a purse and put a lipstick in it. Make him do his own touch-ups. Take lots of pictures and share them.
