When you let go and know that he is in a better place with his family? I mean honestly do you feel better?

maybe not feel better but know it is the right thing... and time and getting busy with other things will make me feel better

Yes, and with therapy and medication if need be, and time to heal, yes, I suppose people will feel better, having faith in God also helps. And connecting with your family and friends and keeping busy and not just staying home, it is not good for you at all!!

Letting go is hard, I have been there and done that many times, and I have talked to people, and I have faith in God and he has worked wonders at putting me at peace with letting go...........you can even email me and I will try and help you with whatever you are going through.

If so, then yes. I find solace in the fact that they are in a better place.
