I would imagine that every wheelchair is wheelchair accessible.

Your question does not make sense the way you have worded it. "Wheelchair accessible" means "to allow the use of wheelchairs". So you are asking "How many wheelchairs allow the use of wheelchairs in the state of Kentucky?

There a lot of businesses in ky wheelchair accessible, I am not in a wheelchair but I am disabled, since we do have a lot of veterans in ky who are disabled you will find this a very friendly state for people who are in a wheel chair. 99 percent of doorways should accomadate wheelchairs, if they don't, let the owner or manager know immediately. That is unacceptable.
