I think you should see a psychologist about that, I have the same thing, but I know what my problem is. I am overcoming it, by trying to relax when people talk to me and knowing that the people who are in my life now are not the ones who were before, but your case is not mine. SO i think you should see a specialist to figure out how, when and why this started.

Hun, would you all please answer my Q? Thanks much

hiya ...xx

I do that all the time and i didn't know how to stop, it is different fir everyone but just try to calm yourself.I will tell you what works for me. Stand away from everyone else for a little while in a place where there is no noise and take a few big deep breaths ... that should help , i sing a song and it helps me i usually make up my own song about what is going on also try just writing down what is making you depressed and then try and think of a way to sort it out .

hope i helped you ...xx

That's the only way you know how to release your emotions. many people feel like crying but restrain themselves if in a public place or at work.
You just have to take hold of yourself and try; as you are aware of it and have the desire to stop, you will in time. You need to think about something else; this about people dressed in only their underwear, that should do for a start. Anything for a distraction.

I tend to do that even when I'm NOT depressed. Take a few seconds, turn your back on whatever has you upset, take a REAL DEEP breath and then breathe out VERY VERY slowly. I find that this helps a lot. I do it several times if it gets really bad.

Sounds like you are feeling sad, therefore it's natural to cry, unless you cry around people who aren't supportive.
If you get in the habit of suppressing the crying urge, you could wind up like me, unable for the most part to cry and suffering the pitfalls of repressed sadness like depression, a constant feeling of heaviness in my chest, and labored breathing.

look at all the miserable things happening in this world...terrorism, people dying of hunger, natura calamities...i am sure you are alive, safe & dont face these disasters..so enjoy & appreciate what god has given you....instead of getting depressed about what you MAY not have....all the best things in life are free...LOVE, AFFECTION, morning crisp air, smell of floweres, walking by the sea, seeing the starry night, walking on the grass...so many many things...more positive things to think about in life,...dont waste our TIME & LIFE on negative things

Mind over matter. Depression is like everything else in the world...It's up to you to not let it get the best of you. It takes time but it is possible.
