In my personal and professional opinion, the answer is "no".
There are multiple ways of knowing (e.g., intellectual, spiritual, art, emotion). Some people are "wired up" to respond more readily to certain forms of knowing that others. For synthesizing some sorts of information, one way of knowing may generally be superior to others, but this can vary widely depending on the person and the truth/knowledge in question.
Generally speaking, however, no singular way of knowing is superior to another.

Yes, theres understanding the very true nature of whats going on here. A good book that most people neglect to mention is Carl Jungs "Man and his symbols" which pretty much gives you within the frist 3 chapters (the rest tends to go over board with his personal opinions, just like good old frued) but it explains how symbolism (mans language) is inhertedly flaw'd. It in a fashion explains why theres almost 7 different schools of psychology, millions of different religions and languanges, and why theres so much prejudice and misconceptions nowadays. The fact is there is a box, and there is a way of looking outside that box, a good place to start, is understanding the falsehoods of human languange, be warned this goes deep, deep enough to change your perceptions of who, what, and where are lord comes from, doesn't descredit him, just us and are ability to discribe him, which is what almost all of our religions are based on. Also the fact that ignorance is a consequnce of knowledge, you can never destroy it, by the light of understanding like most people do putting their faith in science, you can only understand your ignorance.....
