There could be many many reasons why you are not having a period. Are you overweight? Sometimes being overweight can cause you to stop having your period.
Have you had your doctor do a blood test to see if you are ovulating (which I doubt you are because you are not having a period)? Are you on a birth control? BC can cause you to stop having your period.
Stress can cause you to stop having your period.
I would suggest going to gynocologist to have him help you have your period. She can actully control your flow through progesterone and progesterone birth control. Trust me, I have been going through this for 1.5 years now.

Are you very athletic? Are you suffering from an eating disorder? Those are two things that can cause you to not have a period. Do you take depo shots? Some birth control stops your periods also.

mine stopped for four months and i wasn't pregnant, but had a lot of stress and not having my period increased my stress level.
reasons why your period stopped may be poor diet and stress, some athletes also don't get their period because of rigorous training. You should see your doctor and talk about your concern. she can prescribe you pills that can help regulate your period.
