Wow, that team is a train wreck.
Step 1: Cut dead weight. Leinart is done for the year, and Matt Jones is basically worthless.
Step 2: Bench injuries. Branch is out for a month. Kennison may come back, but he's lost his place to Dwayne Bowe. Randle-El is dinged.
EDIT: I remember you. This is your dad's team, right? Is he quitting on it?
Step 3: Trawl for replacements. Grab players to speculate on. Judging by the junk on this roster, I'm guessing there isn't much out there. David Patten had a nice game last night for New Orleans. Selvin Young (DEN), David Garrard at QB. Kevin Walter (HOU) might help at WR if Andre Johnson is still out.
Step 4: Hope that Dominc Rhodes gets a lot of carries. This team has no running backs. Unless an injury puts a serviceable back on the waiver wire, it's bad news.
This will be a bad year for this team unfortunately. Fight through it, and start looking forward to next year.

def drop that starting QB, maybe look for D Anderson or maybe Garrard since he's consistent and doesnt throw picks or just start Campbell and hope he does something worthwhile on a weekly basis...bench dunn, better yet drop him...he is a bum and has been a free agent in my league all season...id start rhodes...im not sure of the Deion Branch situation but he needs to be benched til he's healthy...i'd look to replace antwan as he isnt consistent and even at his best has only racked up like ten fantasy points in a single game...i'd keep owen for witten's bye week...mike furrey needs to go...wow, this is a bad team lol...this person could just drop all the bums and just pick people up on a week to week basis based on favorable matchups...ive done that with crayton and d-bowe and wes welker even culpepper when he blew up a few weeks ago...

Drop Leinart out for rest of year. Pick up Testaverde, Anderson as another QB. Pick up Jason Wright, Patrick Clayton, or Anthony Gonzalez and drop eddie kennison. Leinart is out for the season, start Cambpell. Start Rhodes over Dunn. Branch is also hurt-start Furrey.

Because obviously he is not with Leinart & Branch in his line-up.
Why is this even a question?
The commish needs to take control of the team and update it accordingly.
