pretty sure a guy is trying to save his g/f or wife from a vampire and gets bitten becoming a vamp himself. he then kills the other vampire and saves her or something and at the end plays the song "right here waiting" by richard marx. i remember this being a good movie but can't remember the name...help! it's been bugging me for a while :)

There was no made-for-tv movie called 'Nick Knight'...lol There was however, a tv show called 'Forever Knight' that first came on in 1989, which is also the very same year that Richard Marx released 'Right Here Waiting'.
