As in the soap opera world if that is the case they wouldnt know who they caught it from since they tend to sleep with just about everyone on the show.

It's kind of surprising they haven't, given the way soap characters sleep around. But the only major HIV+ characters I've ever heard of on a soap are GH's Stone and Robin.

It isn't porn so the actors are not all actually having sex with each other. and as for the characters, no they don't ALL have AIDS but there may have been a storyline or two about the subject on one of them.
