I like chicken lo mein. I have had shrimp chow fun (thicker noodles-but exactly like lo mein) and that's good. So I'd imagine that the shrimp lo mein would be good. Hope it's good-enjoy.

Chicken just sounds better to me than beef. I don't care for Shrimp.

Shrimp anything is the best, and it's low in fat too. At least the shrimp is.
