I love hockey and I can kind of see this guy's point. I want to see skating, shooting, passing, and hitting. Fighting? I enjoy a good fight now and then, but I have always felt that fighting should be a part of the game, but apart from the game. If two bruisers want to start beating the crap out of each other, DON'T BLOW THE WHISTLE. Play should continue. Let the fighters fight, and let the players continue to play and put the puck in the net!

It means you were beating the other guy you were fighting and the linesmen broke up the fight before you knocked him down.
