What kind of warranty did they give you.? If it has not expired
bring it back with the papers and show them the chipped paint they should either offer to repair the paint or give you credit for the cost of new paint.

The paint job was a cheap paint job and that happens. There isn’t much you can do other than take it to a shop to have it repaired or have it repainted and spend more to get a better paint job.
