Yes, our galaxy (the milky way) has two small associated galaxies that can be seen with the narked eye in the southern hemisphere, called the Magellanic clouds.
The nearest proper galaxy is the Andromeda Galaxy at 2 million light years and can also be seen with the naked eye on a dark night if you know where to look.
Pick up a book on Astronomy and check out the term Galaxy.

Of course there are other galaxies out there! Earth-bound telescopes have seen them for decades, and the Hubble has brought new clarity to those same photos, plus added hundreds of thousands more galaxies to the list.
And the Andromeda Galaxy (also known but it's Messier Catalog number, M31) has been a naked-eye object in extremely dark skies for billions of years. Humans have remarked on M31 in writings for thousands of years.
Perhaps you meant to ask about solar systems -- and there, too, the answer is yes. We have definitely identified planets revolving around other stars.
The real question now becomes -- are there any other planets out there capable of sustaining life in any form? I think the answer to that is also yes, but we may not be able to recognize an alien life form immediately.

Scientific fact: there are more galaxies than we can actually count.
Could you mean universe, instead of galaxy? If so, I do believe that there are multiple universes...it gets into quantum physics...see the movie [rent or buy] "What the Bleep do we know" which is sometimes referred to as 'down the rabbit hole.' It can be played in a variety of formats, ranging from the theatrical release to a 25 or 30 hour marathon. You'll love it!

I think science has quite clearly established the existence of other galaxies, there is not a great deal to discuss.

OK, here's the deal. Our planet and solar system reside in a galaxy we call the "Milky Way". It is one of billions of other galaxies in our universe.

There are millions of other galaxies observed out there. You can see the Andromeda Galaxy with the naked eye.
