You have to try to part with it.
If you say you need the stuff to keep the memories associated with it, heck you could photograph all the clutter and put the photos in an album.

I know how you may be feeling. I moved a few months ago, I could not believe how much stuff I had accumulated over a short time. If its possible, get some friends or family to help you go through a lot of the things you own. Decide what you need for now, what can be stored away for later, and stuff to get rid of. You can have a mega garage sale, and possibly make some good money off the things you no longer use. Good luck to you.

You should start keeping track. It's normal for periods to be irregular. I had irregular periods for the first 3-4 years of my periods. I would get mine 6 months in a row & then not for another 2 months. Your body needs to regulate itself just try to keep a note so you can hopefully notice some patterns.

I know where you're coming from: I'm a bit of a packrat too.
The painful truth is that you have to be ruthless and get rid of everything you aren't using.
Sell it on e-bay or give it charity, if it will make you feel better. Throw it in a dumpster if it's broken or worn out. Hold yard sales- though that might not be practical this time of year.
Once you get your house emptied out you'll find you actually feel better.
Good luck.

You need to get rid of some of it. I suggest sitting down (in small periods of time, that way it is less overwhelming) and divide everything into three piles: throw away, give away, put away. Everything in the put away pile needs to have a place for it otherwise it needs to go into another pile. A great site for getting organized is hgtv.com. They have great ideas for almost every room in your house including small spaces that are short on space.

LET IT GO! You're unwillingness to separate yourself with things is going to make your life a world of squaller.....how much "stuff" do you really need? I'm sure there are people who have less who need it far more. It's something to think about, don't you think?

Hording is an addiction similar to shopping or gambling. Remember, even if it does have use, you'll never be able to find it.

send it to a charity shop.
how much time could you save by getting rid?
there is a great line in the film fight club, "don't let the things you posses, posses you."
materialism is not healthy.
