Hahahah! I get it! ;) Look how roweled up you made people get! haha, I love it! I'm giving you a star for this question! Yes, it is still considered cool to get cained in school! ;) Maybe not to the jocks, cheerleaders and preppies, but that's only because they're using the rich kids cocaine! ;) I guess my answers to your question, SHOULD kids get cained at school... I guess there are worse things you could do ☺ Take care and great trick question! ☺

Fact one: Kids are human.
Fact two: To the immense benefit of humankind, multinational and multicultural representatives of (nearly) every nation on the planet agreed to the UN charter for human rights.
Fact three: According to that charter, violence inflicted on defenceless human beings contravenes the UN charter.
Conclusion: Caning children is an infringement of their human rights.
My view: Nobody has any valid excuse for infringing another person's human rights, therefore, caning should have died with Cain.
(Cain, being the son of Adam and Eve, brother of Abel, and the world's first mythological murderer. The cane (notice spelling) is a draconian and completely out of date form of punishment).
"Caining" my spelling is correct, trust me? That would be like me saying: "Sosidges" (sausages) my spelling is correct is correct, trust me. None of your pretexts stand up to examination. Please stand down on this issue and don't let the vindictive power-lust of certain 'educators' reintroduce the indoctrination of children through violence. Caning is wrong and cannot be tolerated, even if you were caned and are even glad of it (authoritarian brainwashing).

Well, I have no idea what you're talking about... and apparently no one else does, either.
The process of being beaten by a stick is "caned," from "cane." Dictionary.com lists no definitions for "cain" as a verb... just a reference to Cain from the bible.
Because if you're positive you've spelled it correctly, there must be some other definition of "cain."
Hmm... a "cain" where you found it hard to concentrate, but was believed to be "cool" to be cained...
You've got me stumped.
So my answer is, yes, it's still cool to be cained.
(Update... I see "hello"s response... must be a pot reference. yes, I'm that much of a nerd... can't you tell from my answer??)

Personally ,
i disagreee with the entire thing
sure it could possibly used for some kids whom get totally out of control, but this is also why some schools hold ISS a.k.a. In School Suspension but they also have many different types of ways to keep they kids at a respectable level

in america, it's not acceptable but in countries in africa, the carribean, and in asai, it's perfectly ok to beat a child, trust me i know others who come from countries where their teachers beat them....i think it would be ok though...but very painful, it'll straighten some of the children out...some american kids are too spoiled and need correction.
