Can't really "compare" but I'm running with an AMD Athlon x2 3800+ and it has handled what I have thrown at it (World of Warcraft primarily). The system I bought included an integrated nVidia 6150 and it was OK for general web browsing and office like use but was unacceptable for gaming. I only had 1 GB of RAM installed though so maybe with more memory the performance would have been better. I'd imagine the ATI m200 to work similarly, but don't have anything to back that up.

This is a debate for the ages, in my Dell certified opinion, I would go with with the geforce 6150 and the AMD Turion dual core processor. If not an option go with the intel dual core.

Intel with The Geforce or AMD with the ATi, never the opposite Geforce works better with Intel and ATI works better with AMD, the Intel will be faster but the AMD is more secure.
