adenine, the others arent even part of the molecule

energy, (but heat (homeostasis) helps...) but energy is what prof. is going for.

third phosphate breaks off... it goes to an NAD+ molecule.. undergoes Kreb's cycle.. complicated biochemical reaction to write right here.. but thats the VERY shortest answer.. it breaks off an ATP molecule.
UNLESS you incorrrectly worded the question and it is really, "a 3rd phosphate is bonded to an ADP molecule"... if that is the case then that is the right answer.... but as you have it worded, Im assuming the molecule is already ATP.
