First, I love this country too & proudly served in the Armed Forces & retired after 20 years. That being said, in a lot of cases that is most assuredly true: Congress can be at the exact polar opposite of progress. But U have to give 'em credit for a few bits of progress that they initiated like ... er ... and then there was the time they passed ... oh, ummm.
OK, U win -- Congress is the opposite of progress!

they are one and the SAME!! only taking care of their
Corporate pal's, while a large portion of the American people go without Health care!! This politicians should
