Well you are on the right path - the more you know the better off you are. There may be nothing wrong with you but with your partner instead. Men take up 40% of the fertility problems right now so its not always your issue. That being said, seeing a fertility doctor is the best thing to do right now, after 7 years something is obviously up and can possibly be fixed. I understand your fear, I starting seeing fertility doc this year and hubby and I had plenty of tests done to see what was going on. Mine test were all fine, but found out that he only has 1% of his sperm are actually able to break thru the shell of my egg so that was our issue. Without the morphology test we would have never known since his volume of sperm was fantastic. Anyway, where I am going with this is that without the knowledge of why you haven’t yet been able to conceive. It could be a real simple fix - don’t be scared, feel empowered and figure out how to catch that egg!!! Good luck!
Make sure you see a fertility doc cuz they are far easier to work with since that is their specialty. They always answer ALL of your questions, always call you back the same day and concentrate on getting you pregnant. They are even there on weekends and mine actually gave me his cell number - now where else can you get that kind of treatment?

I am so sorry for you. Maybe your doctor can help you. I have been ttc for 15 months now with no success. I have a short luteal phase (days past ovulation until my next period) and lower levels of progesterone after ovulation. I found this out through charting and my doctor confirmed through bloodtests. I also do not ovulate every cycle. I am taking Clomid to help with this. This is my third cycle on it. First month on it I didn't ovulate. Second month I ovulated but didn't conceive. So we are hoping third times a charm. Best of luck to you and I will keep you in my prayers!!! I know before long we will be reading your success story!!!!!!!!!!!

hmm, my aunt tried for 15 years and then finally after all the tears and pain of watching people with their kids, she had twins
my other aunt had in vitro fertilization and kept trying in vitro for 2 years before having a healthy baby boy.
so i think 7 years is a lot to try having babies, but thats just my opinion... and unfortunately, sometimes it's not always successful... so you can try IVF if you're willing to and i suggest you start ASAP because most of the time you dont get pregnant right away or you miscarry... so good luck to you and i hope you have beautiful, healthy children!

Everybody's situation is different.
I have PCS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome) which makes it difficult to conceive. I haven't use protection with my life-long partner for 11 years, and to date have been unsuccessful.
As said though, every person is different and you may be successful yet.
I wish you all the best.

definite, me. I had an ectopic being pregnant about 12 years in the past, and after the op they instructed me that both my ovaries were lined in cysts. although, I easily have by no skill had any of the different indicators you describe, so likely i could not extremely be suggested to wade through from POS. Had no issues conceiving my son, regardless of the truth that.

Look don't you listen to that damn John the 1st 1.It's probably something very simple.I think it might even be as simple as your horomones being unbalanced or your progestorone level.Make sure they do plenty of blood work and let us.I'm so sorry my mom sister was like that aunt Sis and she left her husband and concieved within a yr of being with her boyfriend. And she was married for 4yrs.
