Verizon has great reception, and now that cingular has joined AT&T, they also have great reception and fewer dropped calls. I just like the roll over. Is it worth it?

cingular was already at&t before they just changed the name now, as far as the fewest dropped call thing is a bunch of bull they got that from and undisclosed independant research company. Verizon has much better receptin, and customer service. I have been in a car with friends and they havnt had service but everywhere we went i always had service, stay with verizon youll be glad you did

honestly customer service sucks with cingular. my sister n' law used to work there. they recieved a lot of customer complaints. verizon deals slightly better with customers. only thing cingular has going for them is that they have really cool phones

I've had plans with both companies. Verizon is much better. When I told At&T that I was leaving they say i violated my contract which i clearly didn't. I had difficultly finding reception with my At&t phone.
When I left verizon they did anything to try and get me back.
