Neither this is an opinion of a small group of people....it should be based on their performance not their ''gender'' so i dont agree with any of these answers because they are all true or false depending on the ''person''

I would say "aggressive" which is the ideal quality for a woman manager.She can really assert herself and get the best out of her
subordinates.
