The bumps are an irritation that has gotten into the pore. Without being out in the open and getting fresh air, it tends to do that. Too much moisture, too much heat, too many germs, it all adds up. Are you scratching at it? That'll do it. Have you noticed a pattern? I always got an irritation along the panty line. Everything else seemed to be just fine.
Once it settles in, that's it. You'll have to wait for the hair to grow long enough to see to try and extract it. Once the hair is ingrown, it won't correct itself, it's trapped in there. I tried scratching at it once I could see the hair. Once I made a tear in the swelling I put some rubbing alcohol on it to clean it out. If it worked, it formed a scab but the hair was out and the problem could subside.
Next time you shave, try and do it at night time, when the heat of the day has subsided. Then clean the skin with a cotton ball and some vinegar. If it's irritated it will sting a bit. Once the vinegar has absorbed into the skin notice how cool the skin is to the touch. Then you can apply an aloe vera gel to prevent inflammation. Baby powder will absorb moisture for the next couple of days to keep the pore clear and maybe keep you irritation-free for those crucial first few days. Then you're on your own, the hair will start growing back in.
You might have to keep going back and doing it again to condition the skin. Let it get used to it. You might learn some tricks of your own with experience. For instance, don't wear panties that first night after shaving, or go swimming in a pool or the ocean where the salt water or the chlorine in the pool can rinse it off for a while.
I hope this helps you.

They can be ingrown hair or razor burns, I used to get them too, but I found if I shave this way........ its fine and smooth with no bumps whatsoever...........

Take a warm bath.. before u shave there.. lather with a female shaving gel.... that wil soften the hair..... use a brand New razor..........shave in the direction of the hair.... don't shave an area more than 2-3 times........

after you are done... dry and moisturise the area with a light moisturiser and apply some good powder for dryness..

avoided scented products..

hope that helps for you and give u relief from ingrowns and itching..

Good luck!

In grown hairs an razor burn.
To prevent this use a shaving cream instead of soap try and shave the direction the hair grows rather then against it, and make sure to rinse thoroughly. Also you may want to get a scent free moisturizer for sensitive skin to use after.

Probably hair bumps, just use some sensitive shaving cream and maybe a disposable razor, if you keep using the same razor without proper cleaning it, it will cause irritation.

It's just shaving rash. They make shaving gels and lotions to prevent that from happening.
