Both are good but I prefer to lay out the bacon strips on a sheet pan (over parchment paper) and put in the oven at 350 for about 10 minutes.

I don`t know if you`ve heard, but you can put the bacon on an oven sheet with a flat rack, and bake it . It comes out crisp, and not greasy. Just have care removing the pan from the oven as the grease may spill.

Grilled. Fried bacon tends to be more chewy and less crunchy and crisp. I like my bacon crunchy and crisp.
