If you know for sure that he is you should tell her in person. Try saying this: I have something I need to talk to you about I think (his name) is cheating on you. Tell her why or how you know that he is cheating. She will get upset of course and may not believe you. Then let her handle it from there all you can do is let her know what is going on and be her friend. She is the one that has to do something about it. Good luck

Set him up through a random chat thingy between you and the BF. Like make your own name and such.Something he wouldnt know. Start dirty talking to him, with hopes of having a meet. Save the incriminating evidence, and send it to your friend via anonymous email.
Or just set up the meet and have your friend meet you at the same place. She will be wondering why he is there.
If all else fails, follow him around and take pictures of him everywhere and with everyone. Leave pictures for your friend.

I think you should tell her. She is your friend and I would rather hear it from my friend than to find out the hard way. Invite her over and tell her to her face and then back it up with facts. Your friend needs to trust someone and she cant trust him. Be a real friend to her.

Sit her down and let her no about it, not over the phone it won't seem so serious. When u have told her it is up to her what she does, you've done ur part. Just be there for her.

Tell her now, in person and give her proof. If she finds out you knew and didn't tell her she'll be even more devistated. It's better she find out now because you never know what he's doing and what he might catch and pass along to her.

make it so your friend believes you, cuz nobody believes their bf/gf is cheating without evidence.
plan it so the boyfriend comes over to your place (or you to his) and you guys start having sex, but make sure your friend walks in and sees you guys banging so she'll know for sure that the guy is cheating.
