There isn't anywhere know as "Birmingham Military base" in the UK. There are a numerous bases for all the armed forces, you need to be much more specific. Such establishments don't routinely publish e-mail addresses, for obvious reasons, so you need a lot more info than you have. If you're trying to trace someone in the armed forces the BFPO (postal) system is best course. But even then you need their name, rank & regiment +BFPO box number. These address don't show where someone is located. But post does reach them wherever they are in the world.
