I love it.. and Briella was one of the names we have picked out to name our soon to be baby girl...But we chose Jailah Brooke!!
I think the name you have chosen is pretty! keep it!

The poor kid is going to dread the first day of school when the teacher reads her name and becomes tongue tied. Make it Rayonah and keep the Brielle.

If you have to write out how to pronounce, I wouldn't use it. That poor child will never have any one pronounce or spell her name right.
