Love it!
Cedars makes an artichoke & spinach flavor that I can't get enough of. I pile it on a pita with greens, tomato, and a turkey burger. It's my favorite meal.

I LOVE hummus (that's how it's spelled in Arabic, transliterated). I love it on some nice pita bread, but that's hard to find. Its also good on those basil and tomato wheat thins with micned garlic on top.

Mmmmm......hummus with artichoke hearts and red onions! So good! Everyone else I know hates it, though. I think that's preposterous! ;)
