No you aren't the same person twice a day. I believe our personality is fragmented and given the situation or stimulus we are never the same person. You aren't the same person when you go to grocery store, see your parents, see your bf/gf, get cut off in traffic, play sports, engage an object given your past experiences with it... and etc. It's like you have a self for many of the things that you do, and you are constantly switching back and forth between these sub-personality, this is even observable in mid conversation.

I have so many personalities. It's hard to say. I'm sure there have been times when I have ten different people in one day, never repeating the same one. Especially when I was pregnant. I use to have this guy I work with say that he could not wait for me to give birth because the not pregnant Lisa is so much nicer.
