I may seem conceited at times (well, i know i am) but i am more intelligent than the majority of people on this earth (especially at my age) I also ave proof (certificates) of my bragging rights.

They prove it to me everyday. Now here is a "special" kind of stupid....
An insurance agent was faxing something to me and I ended up with a paper jam. I called him to let him know what happened and to fax again. He says, "Oh...I am sooo sorry. I pulled staples out of the document, but they still aren't going through smoothly. I will copy them and then fax and we won't have this problem again."
Oh my.
