This is the # one thing harming this country, if not the world. People thinking that the world owes them. Instead of doing the things it would take to make a better life for oneself, people complain and blame everyone and everything else.
How come people can’t accept that it is their responsibility to do things for themselves?

Why then, do we as a society, allow our corporations to do that? When did the human race stop striving to improve itself?

I am amazed how quickly people go straight to large corporations and the government, strenghtening my belief that far too many people refuse to admit what they do wrong. Again, PERSONAL refers to the individual. Guess this does explain why so many people can't accomplish anything in life.

Perhaps you have never been poor enough to know were your next meal was comming from and to small or young to work., or old and unable to work. America has poor that know one cares about. Perhaps you would be able to help them along with the third world countries. Or are we becomming a third world!

it's the example set from the top down.

the very notion of a corporation is to avoid responsibility, to literally pass the buck. With that precedent set, it was only a matter of time before everyone followed suit. Why? Because it works, and rewards its practitioners.

Does this include the President taking personal responsibility for HIS actions?

Or is it only the poor who can't find jobs that pay a living wage because there aren't enough to go around?

and im sure your just a model human being. "don't go around saying the world owes you a living, it was here first". good little quote i picked up and like to tell people when they say they "deserve" something. not everyone is like that. well, not everyone does it constantly like you make it seem. think about how things would be if there was no one to blame...
