The bet was if I could get 10 kills against him in Halo 3 he would dress as a girl but if not I'd dress as a guy...I GOT 11. He's 5'8, 130, white and has brown hair and he's 17. I already know I'm making him wear a mini skirt and heels. I wanted to have him wear a tank top but the tissues in the bra stick out so it dosn't look like he has a breasts. And i want him to have the figure 8 body but he's got no butt...lol. Should he have to shave his legs, tweaze his eybrows anything with a lot of details but I want him to really look like a girl not a crossdresser so no stupid answers.
P.S. He has to do anything i tell him to do that involves the costume...this is great.

Did I forget to add we go back and forth embarrasing each other and he got me bad last time, so bad i dont even want to say what he did so dont ask. Really the only thing I can't do is anything permanent so just don't say anything like that. THIS IS MY PAYBACK TIME!! even though he's gonna get me back BAD!!

You should dress-up your brother as a girl Halloween, he lost the bet and now he has to do what you tell him. You should make him shave his legs, pluck his eyebrows, get his nails done, get him a pair of fake breasts and a padded pantie to help give him some curves, maybe you could even make him wear a corset and give him a real girlish figure. You should dress him up as a girl before Halloween & take him shopping for a costume or an outfit to wear and if he asks why, just tell him that he needs to practice being a girl if he wants to really look like a girl on Halloween. Turn your brother into your sister & let him see what it's like to be a girl and don't hold back, give him the works. I wish I had a sister like you when I was growing up.

Normally I would say go the whole way -including shaving legs etc. but this would be for a guy who's asking, so I'm going to stick with other suggestions and keep it 'nothing permanent'
Top: Roll-neck sweater with long sleeves.
Use Jell-O in balloons or rice or birdseed in bags for the bra filling. That way he'll get the weight and a jiggle!
Skirt: You've already decided on a mini, so how about a pleated plaid mini? Opaque pantyhose under.

I would not do anything that cannot be immediately undone -so forget about asking him to shave his legs or tease his eyebrows - use makeup than can be washed off instead, an have him wear leggings. A pair of balloons in a bra will simulate breasts.

Make sure you take lots of pictures. You might want to use them later on when he gives you grief. I'm guessing he'd make you put on a beard and mustache and really look like a guy if you lost so he should have to do the same I think. A wig makeup and the whole deal

I say let him enjoy the process. Take him to your salon and have them wax his eyebrows and curl his hair. Have them do a manicure and attach acrylic nails. Have them do a professipnal makeover. This should all be done in front of YOUR girlfriends. Give him a purse and put a lipstick in it. Make him do his own touch-ups. Take lots of pictures and share them.
