I've always wondered what kind of virus computers catch from us. No wonder the bird flu is such a big deal with computer viruses going unchecked. As for software, I wish I knew. Your question makes me a little scared. I KNEW this would start happening some day!

I don't know about people, usually a good Flu Shot will get rid of the virus.

But when comes to anti-virus application Grisoft is okay and it is free. You don't always have to buy everything. As long as it is for personal use.

Should also have a good free anti-spyware too and a firewall.

I think vitamin C works pretty well. You might be able to download it from a music sharing program.

Patch your system.

Use alternative browser ( i preffer Opera)

Try not to do your daily stuff on Administrator account.

Use "DropMyrights" by microsoft if you must use the admin account (for browsing)

Use spy bot + AVG + windows firewall or zonelabs + windows defender.

You're all set.

You can't catch a virus!

Things like the flu vaccine are a tool of the evil government to take your money and chemically control you!

have you tried giving it a cold medicine? although, if it's only sneezing, it could just be allergies?
