im irregular in terms of my period... this time its 2months delayed. i feel the symptoms of having a period but still i dont have it... u know pimples, pain lower stomach, sometimes with nipples, headache...etc..still dont have it...any pills? or vitamins might help me???

honestly ive been to a lot of stress, im pressured so much things... so anything can help me??? vitamins? iron???

pls help im so worried ...and i dont know what to do... oh by the way.. im single...no kids....

Are you pregnant? underweight? 2 months is really late. You should take a pregnancy test. If that isn't a possibility then you need to talk to a doctor.

you should see a doctor, there are things that can be done to help regulate you. you shouldn't take iron supplements without talking to a doctor because too much iron is bad for you.
