Never, cuz im cautious :| its so embarrassing to tell others that their letter box is open :-??

One time i walked through a huge mall and didn't realize my pants were undone until i went to the bathroom at home.
Also another time i was working on cash at a fast food place and i was wearing black pants and the lady i was serving leaned over the counter and said "i think you're flying low, i can see orange underwear peeking out halloween style" i turned bright red and zipped up my pants really fast.

Yes, this happens to me...I don't know how long I go with my zipper down, but every time I notice, I've been walking around for a while like that :/ I have developed the habit of checking my fly every now and then when I am out in public to avoid this from happening...

I have forgotten to zip it back up more times than I remembered to, so yeah. It happens a lot.

LOL...as a matte of fact 2 days ago I went to the bank to try and dispute a charge on my account. I glance down and my zipper was open but instead of zipping it up I untucked my shirt.....
