no you cant imvu has removed the ability to do so anymore you used to be able to but now you cant

I'm sure that there is a way to change your avatar to one that is pregnant? I don't have the program, so I haven't tried. Just look through your options.
FYI...IMVU is a graphical instant messenger. It basically has 3d Avatars that you can use to chat with.

You can buy maternity clothes and then it will look like you're pregnant.
That's the only way I know.
