Also a little known fact : Did you know the only reason why the church declared homosexuality as a sin was because it needed something that clearly made the religion unique from other monotheistic religions and until this law was made no religion had any laws restricting homosexuality?

Sin is defined by one's religious beliefs, and in my religion, Unitarian Universalism, it is not defined as such.
In the Christian religion, it is only the particular act of male-male homosexual sex that is a sin, not the status, and it's not even one of the big ones. Likewise Judaism.

Because those bits against it in the Bible were reffering to specific rituals of the cult of Molech. God was condemning the cult, not the sexuality.
And as far as Sodom goes, he was pissed off because the citizens were horrible people and they raped his angels, not because they were homoesexual.
You can research this if you don't beleive me. I wrote a paper on it. =\
