The first poster is apparently quoting from one of several anti-gay news sites that have written articles against recent legislation. (first link) However, the bills don't actually say anything even close to that.
What the legislation (Student Civil Rights Act and the Safe Place to Learn Act) actually says is that schools are not allowed to promote activities hostile to alternative lifestyles or homosexuality, and cannot discriminate against such students -- treating such homsexual or bisexual students as a protected class, just as if they were being harassed based on their race or religion.
The third link is the actual text of the bill. It doesn't say anything about using opposite sex bathrooms, or banning "mom and dad" or "husband and wife" -- that's apparently just paraphrasing by hate groups.
