If you are talking about the history of Courts of Equity -- frame it as a discussion of their value and why they needed to exist, and then take that towards their current forms now.

If you are talking about the effect of such a concept on your way of thinking -- start with the way you use to view the law, and the way your understanding broadened when you encountered that concept -- and from there, how you can apply that broadened understanding in a more general way.
