As a die hard Sting fan, I can confirm what has already been said. No, Sting has never wrestled in the WWE.
However, technically Sting has worked for Vince McMahon..just on 1 day....the last WCW Nitro after WWE purchased the WCW. Would I like to have seen Sting in the WWE...if the storyline was right and they didn't try to screw up his legacy like they have to so many others, yes...but I'm so glad Sting hung it up for awhile until TNA got going...and now look at Sting....TNA World Heavyweight Champion! YEAH BABY!

I don't get where these people are getting off saying the Sting has wreslted for Vince before, I can't explain this any clearer than some have on here before me, STING HAS NEVER WRESTLED FOR VINCE!!!!!!!!!!! No not before WCW, no not before TNA, no not before WWA, STING HAS NEVER WRESTLED FOR VINCE. Seeing how Steve Borden has the name rights and everything to the character Sting, are you suprised that Vince hasn't put out a best of Sting DVD???? It's because Sting wouldn't even sign a one day contract with them.

Sting never wrestled for WWF/WWE because I heard because of the story lines McMahon was using & it's sexual content. Did you notice after Columbine(sp), Sting stopped wearing the black trench coat?

Just a quick look at his bio and the answer is no. I know they tried to recruit him. Sting is a born again Christian and i can understand why he didn't like the story lines. Bad part is trying to separate Sting the wrestler from Sting the man is kinda hard.

No he hasn't, he's many times everyday for being on WCW and TNA. he's curiously been provided a freelance from WWE contained in the previous yet rejected all of them. And is declared to no longer get alongside with Vince to giant.

No- well he is kind of a religious man who didn't like the direction WWE was going plus he wanted to be a major contributor and didn't feel WWE was going to give him that push plus he is loyal to a company. He doesn't want to jump ship just for a contract negotiations...Seeing he is 49 yrs old I don't think he will ever enter the WWE but you never know, he may be a talent cooridinator....

No, he strongly disapproved of the explicit storylines of the wwe. He actually did tell Vince, when Vince tried to bring him on board, that he (sting) would only come over if the storylines were taken down a notch and not so sexual. We obviously all know what Vince said to that.
