It gives underqualified individuals employment over properly qualified individuals. Do I think inner city schools are underfunded and put the students at a disadvantage? Yes. Do I want said under-educated students to be forced into the workplace simply because of that? No. Affirmative action is not solving the problems of our education system. It's treating the symptoms, not the causes.

i see no fairness in giving preference to a minority over me when i have done nothing harmful or abusive to anyone in that minority. i see that as being racial toward me or others in my social group.
