Responsiblity is always on the winning side because you will be given more opportunities in life if you are able to perform the responsibility given to you.

No! if you are the senior person or a politician responsibility is accepted for success only. If you are junior say a clerk or researcher it is your fault if it goes wrong and any success you mayhave has only been obtained by the skill of the Boss
