What does }:-X at the end of an email mean?

I received an email from a friend of mine and it had their name followed by }:-X
Does this mean anything? If so what?

Called an "emoticon", you have to rotate it to the right to understand it. The } is hair, the : the eyes, the - is a nose, and finally the X is the sign for a kiss.

Hopefully whoever send you the message is someone special because they have given you a kiss.
