Oasis, without a doubt. Plus they have no reason to be arrogant as all their songs sound exactly the same. Possibly one of the most overrated bands ever.

Here in Italy (I'm italian) we have an horrible pop band named "Finley" (i hope you don't know them, it's better for you!). They made an horrible pop music, they are "born" since only two years, but they believe they are the best band in the world, and the others aren't as good as them. They are very arrogant!

I know he's not a band but I'd have to agree with Luis F and say Kanye West - he has a real chip on his shoulder and it's not nice to watch.
