Zachary Taylor (110.8), Andrew Johnson (110.8), Andrew Jackson (110.0), Ulysses S. Grant (110.0), James Monroe (109.0), and Warren Harding (107.8) are all estimated to have had lower IQs than Bush II (111.1). Two of these guys, Monroe and Jackson, are even considered to have been excellent presidents. Of course this suggests that Jackson's and Monroe's IQs may have been somewhat underestimated by presidential scholars.

Bush II's IQ compares favorably with that of James Buchanan (111.9), the previous unanimous choice for "Worst President in US History".

This really doesn't mean anything since the IQ test was invented in the early 1900s. Those numbers are just guesses...arbitrary guesses at that. Besides...IQ measures your capacity to learn, not what or how much you know.

When EVERY YEAR there is a book published about all of the stupid stuff you've said the year before...you may be the dumbest president.

IQ is only a small way to measure a President. He may be smart book wise, but not in a practical sense. If they could add in Vice Presidents, Bush ll and Dan Quail may add up to a total IQ if 50 or so Max
