This really doesn't mean anything since the IQ test was invented in the early 1900s. Those numbers are just guesses...arbitrary guesses at that. Besides...IQ measures your capacity to learn, not what or how much you know.

If you go by the way he can't even speak his own country's language,(English) then yes he is a dumb president.
