I pronounce it 'car - mall'
It's cool how people say it differently, though! Sometimes for fun I pronounce it 'care - a -mel'

I pronounce it like care-ah-mel. I don't really like caramel though...except on a Snicker's bar. YUM!

i almost always say care-ah-mel. 99 % maybe
BUT, there is a store named Caramel Corn ( or maybe Karamel Korn) and I always pronounce that car-mel.

Both ways are correct. My wife says care-a-mel and I say car-mel. We both know what we mean. How about Halloween? Halo- ween or hollow-een?

We say (b) "car-mel" here in Washington state, west coast U.S.A. I'm starting to be infatuated with the other pronounciation though.

I suppose this may depend on where you are from, or where you live.
In British English it has 3 syllables ca-ra-mel with the stress on the first syllable.

I use care-ah-mel for the candies, but make kar-muhl corn.
Actually, there are actually three pronunciations given in most dictionaries, and care-ah-mel isn't one of them.
kar-uh-muhl is the preferred pronunciation
kar-uh-mel, and kahr-muhl are recognized variants.

I pronounce it pretty much like the first choice, but just for kicks I always roll the "r". Try it, it's fun!
