It's a tough call, honestly. LJ may be more consistent than MJD the rest of the season since he's not sharing carries. However, I think that MJD gets a 2-1 carry ratio the rest of the season and Coles is an above average WR. I would stay away if I were you.

Why would you even consider trading for LJ? He has been abominable this season and has shown NO signs of life. Jones-Drew had a slow start but has started turning things around the past cpl weeks. Coles is also putting up solid if not astounding numbers. Be patient and stick with what you have already, unless somebody offers you somebody that's really worth trading, and right now LJ is NOT worth it.

No. Until Kansas City proves they can pass consitently, keep MJD. A good game against the Bengals is no reason to go crazy over LJ. And this is coming from an LJ owner.

No, do not do it. MJD is comparable to LJ for the rest of the year, and Coles is a top #2 receiver

I wouldn't ever trade two for one unless the person is a great step up from the others I don't see that here Jacksonville is on a roll and Coles is a viable wide receiver as tempting as LJ is I still wouldn't pull the trigger unless you have a lot of depth at WR

i would do that in a heart beat. On a good week LJ would blow those two players away. Don't forget that MJD is still splitting carries and Coles is on a bad team.

you're suitable he's on no account been injured, yet he ran the ball 336 circumstances in 2005 and 416 circumstances final year. That takes a toll on your physique, ask Jamal Lewis approximately that. That being stated, and me being a Chiefs fan, they are able to't have the money for to enable him ruin out. yet he's absolutley nuts if he thinks he's gonna get an 8 year deal, although. he's worth a deal for the comparable quantity of money according to year yet a shorter settlement length - like 4 years for 30 million. so a tactics as procuring and advertising him, i do no longer see it occurring, yet he's relatively worth a ordinary around %. and one greater 2nd or third around %. the subsequent year. Carl Peterson understands that he can no longer replace LJ's production, particularly no longer in this draft - no longer through fact there is not any expertise yet through fact the Chiefs have too many different holes to fill -, so he will locate the thank you to get him signed and as quickly as he does we will not could desire to hardship approximately it for some years.

I wouldn't do it, at least, yet. The jury is still out for me on LJ and the other two have been productive.

Good luck!

If you have depth then you might consider the trade but if you do not it is a risky move to take and that is where you make the decision. Do you feel you have enough backup to make the trade successful?
