It was Rory Emerald. He wanted to give it as a 1 month anniversary present to Lindsey. Unfortunately, they broke up 2 days before.
Rory Emerald with his big heart, now allows Lindsey to stay there whenever she feels like so, Tony M is right.

I think that it was Rory Emerald, and Lindsay Lohan just stays over a couple of nights each week.

I sure hope it was Rory! I'd hate to have Marilyn rolling over in her grave at the thought of Lindsay desecrating a place where Marilyn once lived.
Rolling? Heck, she might actually be spinning in her grave!
